Jackie's Dream comes true
Jackie Storrar's dream is about to come true.
The Fife based singer and broadcaster has been battling cancer for the last couple of years, and earlier this year, she announced that her biggest dream was to record an album of songs that she would be remembered for, and that the proceeds would be given to the Maggie's Centre in Kirkcaldy.
After friends and fans raised funds to record the album, Jackie has announced that it will be titled "Behind Her Eyes" will be released September 1st. The first song from the CD, "One Night at A Time" has already been released to radio.
Jackie will host a Meet & Greet at Maggies Centre, Kirkcaldy on August 23rd, and an official album launch concert at Dunfermline's Carnegie Hall on September 20th.
