Bluegrass Award winners

 The awards season is well and truly upon us, even if most are virtual events this year, The IBMA Awards were handed out at the World Of Bluegrass Festival on Thursday night from the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville.
Sister Sadie won the IBMA Entertainers  and Vocal Group of the Year awards. Sister Sadie are an all girl quartette of bluegrass performers who have pooled together to make a supergroup. They include Dale Ann Bradley, Tina Adair, fiddler Deannie Richardson and Gena Britt on banjo. 
Danny Paisley won Male vocalist and Brooke Aldridge was crowned Top Female Vocalist for the 4th year in a row.
Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver won Album of the Year for their album recorded in Prague, Czech Republic 
The Song Of the Year award went to Special Concensus , Micheal Cleveland and Beck Buller for "Chicago Barn Dance". Becky also won for Collaborative Recording Of The Year for "The Barber's Fiddle alongside an array of talent, including Shawn Camp, Laurie Lewis, Sam Bush and Stuart Duncan.
New Grass Revival and The Johnson Mountain Boys were inducted into the Bluegrass Music Hall Of Fame, as was J.T.Gray, the owners of Nashville's famous Bluegrass venue, The Station Inn.
Mile Twelve won the New Artist Of The Year Award.
