Anne Murray is this year's recipient of the Howie Richmond Hitmaker Award to be presented at The Songwriters Hall of Fame 2008 Awards dinner in New York. June 19, 2008. The award honours artists who have been responsible for a substantial number of hit songs for an extended period of time.
